Return Policy For All Our Replica Bags & Purses
We are more than happy to give you and exchange on any of our high quality replica purses if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Please make sure to follow the return instructions below very carefully to ensure that an exchange is possible;

You must send us an email requesting and exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at handbag2006@hotmail.com.
Replica bags can only be returned if they are unused and are in their original packaging.
If the return is not a matter of quality the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. In this case customers will also be charged a restocking fee of $30USD for replica bags and $10USD for replica wallets.
If the issue is quality related we will compensate the customer for the cost of the shipping (according to our policy) and the defective item will be replaced at no cost to the customer so long as the return instructions have been followed carefully.

What If My Replica Purse Is Defective?

If you feel that your replica purse is defective and would like to have it replaced you are asked to take a picture of the bag and send it to our customer service officer. Our officer will then decide if the bag is defective and should be replaced. If the bag is validated as defective you will receive an address to send the bag to. You will pay the shipping but a compensation will be offered on the return of your replica handbag order. If you are returning the bag sue to it being defective you will receive a replacement of the same model.
How Do I Return My Fake Bags?

Be sure to send us your full name, address, order number, date of order and a list of items to be exchanged.
Please be clear in the reason for the exchange of your replica handbags
Send the defective items to the address we will provide for you and send us the tracking number.
Once we ship out the replacement we will then send you the tracking number for your replacements.
